Somewhere reliable to put a small website, set up by a person who knows what they're doing. You never have to learn what a nameserver is.

No control panel to learn. No documentation to read. No ticket system to fight.
Domain pointed, site moved, SSL issued, email connected. You approve it once it's working — you don't configure any of it.
Certificates renew themselves. Backups run without being asked. Neither is something you should have to think about.
Something looks wrong? Email us and a person who has seen your site before replies. Not a queue, not a bot.
Pick a size. We'll tell you honestly if you've picked the wrong one.
Some people want an address at their own domain. Some already have one that works. Both are fine.
Ask for you@yourbusiness.com and we'll set it up and send you the login. $2/month each, or bundled if you need a few.
Already on Gmail or Outlook? Keep it. We'll set the DNS records so mail keeps flowing when your site moves. No charge.
The most common way a website move breaks a business is quietly killing its email. We check that before we switch anything.
It stays in your name, at your registrar, and you can leave whenever you like.
Send us the address. We'll work out where it's registered and change what needs changing — usually without you logging in anywhere.
We'll help you pick one and register it in your own name. Registered to you, not to us — that matters more than people realise.
If you outgrow us or just want to go elsewhere, we'll hand over everything and help the next person take it on. No exit fee, no sulking.
Hosting keeps your site online. It doesn't update your plugins, rewrite your copy, fix the thing that broke after an update, or add the page you've been meaning to add for six months.
TruDesign does all of that — the whole website off your plate, hosting included.
Yes, and it's included — no migration fee. Send us a login and we'll move it, check it works, and only switch the domain over once it does. Your current site stays up the whole time.
Not by default, and that's deliberate. Most people don't want one — they want the site to work. If you do want direct access, ask and we'll sort it out for you.
Email and ask. It takes a couple of minutes and it's $2/month per mailbox. You don't configure anything — we send you the login and help you set up your phone if you want.
No. Monthly plans cancel monthly from your billing portal. Annual saves you two months, and if you leave part-way we'll refund what you haven't used.
Anything to do with the hosting: the site being up, SSL, DNS, email, backups, moving things. Changing the website itself — new pages, design, content — is different work, and that's what TruDesign's management plan covers.
TruDesign, a small web studio. We host our own clients' sites the same way, on the same setup. If we wouldn't put a client on it, we wouldn't sell it.
Tell us what the site is and roughly how busy it gets. We'll tell you which one fits — including "you don't need us" if that's the honest answer.
